I'm so excited to release my cover of Solveig's Song, written by Edvard Grieg, from Henrik Ibsen's play, Peer Gynt. My dad is an immigrant from Norway, and I was excited to see the play on the shores of a Norwegian fjord, at the foot of a mountain, when I was seven. I put this video together myself, using footage and photos from past visits to Norway, where most of my family lives.

Originally meant for an anti-Yulin Fest (Chinese dog meat festival), we made it more generic because there's so much darkness in the world. This encourages positive change, love, tolerance, compassion & helping the helpless.
